Welcome to Clear Choice Clinic
At Clear Choice Clinic, our commitment is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological support tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We specialise in delivering transformative therapy through a range of proven techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other effective therapeutic approaches.
Our goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, enhance their wellbeing, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Our Process
At Clear Choice Clinic, we believe every client’s journey is unique. Our process is designed to provide a personalised, collaborative, and supportive experience from the very first contact.
We start with a comprehensive assessment to understand your individual needs, strengths, and goals. From there, we develop a tailored therapeutic plan, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other proven methods.
Our team also provides support through NDIS services, court and medico-legal reports, and assistance for WorkCover injuries. We prioritise open communication, cultural sensitivity, and respect for individual values, working closely with you and your family to empower positive change.
Contact us today to begin your journey towards a healthier, brighter future.

About Me
I am a proud Fijian Indian who has called Australia home for over 30 years. Growing up in a diverse cultural setting shaped my deep respect for different religious and cultural values, and this continues to guide my work today. My heritage enables me to understand and address cultural issues with sensitivity and depth.
Over the years, I have earned multiple qualifications, including a Master’s degree, to stay aligned with the evolving needs of the health industry. It has long been my dream to use this knowledge to help people achieve their aspirations, and through my work, I feel privileged to make that a reality.
As the founder of Clear Choice Clinic, a registered NDIS provider, I am dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. We aim to enhance the quality of life for people by providing access to essential supports, services, and equipment. I strongly believe in the importance of helping people with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment, as work brings purpose, financial independence, and valuable social connections.
Our team understands the need for workplace adjustments — from accessible facilities to flexible work arrangements — to help individuals succeed. We also recognise the benefits that inclusion brings to businesses and the broader community.
What sets Clear Choice Clinic apart is our team’s professionalism, calm approach, and rich mix of skills, experience, and cultural awareness. We proudly offer services in Hindi, Fijian, Urdu, Punjabi, and English, ensuring our clients feel heard and understood. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds and is trained in cultural sensitivity, helping us meet the unique needs of each person.
For over 20 years, I have worked in the health sector, supporting vulnerable individuals and teenagers through life’s challenges. Whether assisting with intellectual disabilities, ASD, ADHD, mental health concerns, marriage and family challenges, substance use, anger, abuse, trauma, grief, brain injuries, or psychological assessments, I remain devoted to helping people move forward and reach their goals.
At Clear Choice Clinic, we are also registered to assist with workplace injuries and injuries covered by insurance, through doctor referrals.
Helping people overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life is the most rewarding part of my work. As a committed athlete, I understand that success comes from hard work, patience, and perseverance — values I bring to every client interaction.
