I am a Fijian Indian who has resided in the Australia for over 30 years.
Growing up in a diverse cultural setting has been helpful, allowing me to recognise strong values for different religious and cultural demands. Furthermore, my Fijian Indian heritage allows me to examine other cultural issues in depth. I've obtained a lot of degrees throughout the years to stay up with the health industry's needs. I have completed my Master's degree. Now I feel like I've realised my dream of using my knowledge to help members of the public reach their aspirations. My education and clinical background in caring for others speak for themselves. My organisation is an NDIS registered provider. |
My company has more than 90% customers with NDIS.
As a certified provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), I understand the significance of assisting persons with impairments in the workplace.
The NDIS is a government-funded programme in Australia that assists persons with disabilities, their families, and carers. Our organisation strives to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities by providing them with access to the essential support services and equipment.
When it comes to employment, the NDIS places a significant emphasis on assisting persons with disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful work. This is due to the fact that having a work can give people with a feeling of purpose, financial freedom, and social ties.
It is crucial to realise, however, that working with people with disabilities may necessitate some workplace adaptations and concessions. This includes making accessible facilities available, altering jobs or obligations, and providing flexible work arrangements.
In addition to the benefits for people with impairments, there are potential benefits for businesses as well. According to research, businesses that value diversity and inclusion, including hiring people with disabilities, can benefit from increased productivity, creativity, and innovation.
Ultimately, working with NDIS customers can be a good and gratifying experience for both the individuals with disabilities and the business. It is critical to prioritise individuals' needs and give them with the necessary support to succeed in the workplace.
When people meet our team, they notice that they are all qualified and that they are cool, calm, and collective.
Our combination of talents, expertise, and qualifications results in a better outcome.
I have extensive experience conducting qualitative research in foreign cultures.
We communicate in Hindi, Fijian and English.
Our goal is to provide the greatest possible outcome for our clients so that they can have a successful life journey.
Our organisation is culturally sensitive; all of our employees have been taught and come from diverse backgrounds, so they understand the requirements of other people.
We are a tried-and-true organisation with ethical ideals, and we are motivated to put our clients' needs first in order to assist them in reaching their goals.
Being able to assist someone in overcoming obstacles and achieving a higher quality of life has always been the most fulfilling and significant achievement for me.
I've been a therapist in the health sector for over 20 years and have helped people who are determined to move forwards in life. Working with the most vulnerable people and teenagers is the most fulfilling aspect of my life. It provides a sensation of elation that aims have been met. We are a broad group of health professionals who work with clients in areas such as marriage and relationships, drug and alcohol misuse, anger and conflict, abuse, addictions, mental health concerns, grief and loss, brain-acquired injury, matrimonial challenges, and psychological assessments.
My experience will continue to encourage those who are going through tough circumstances.
I am devoted to reaching goals for others and have a great level of patience. As a committed athlete, I understand what it takes to strive for success. Richness is always the consequence of hard effort and perseverance.
